Add 7598 and 7585?

I'm thinking of adding FS#7598 and FS#7585.� 7598 fixes dircache support, and 7585 is a viewer for splitting wav files.� I'm probably going to add 7598, but not sure about 7585.� Anyone have thoughts?

RBThemes Issue While working on fixing a bug with the stats, I managed to make a typo, deleting the names of all the themes. It appears that the site cache still had a saved copy, so I believe I've forced the site not overwrite the cache, so it will continue using...
RBThemes Site Caching Caching was just enabled on RBThemes, which should allow it to load faster. If anyone finds any problems, feel free to let me know....
Font Converter Fixed The font converter should be working properly now. It appears that it was broken for a few days because of a bug I was trying to fix with anti-alias fonts all being the same size. If there's any more problems, let me know....
