Test_Codec, two Matrix plugins, "splash", and the game "PegBox" have been added to the build. Splash has the backdoor enabled - the select button, but matrix_pass does not. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

What are Matrix plugins? And I note that your patch list includes Tic-Tac-Toe but after updating my Sansa to your latest build, it doesn't show up in the Games list.

The Matrix plugins are: One is a sexy screensaver displaying the Matrix code, and the other is the same as the former but has a password protection.
Dang, i've been thinking about making a feature request about a Matrix screensaver, and voila!, Gratt makes one.

major_works: Jeton has just about explained the Matrix plugin. As for tic-tac-toe, it's in the build, as I just tested it. I'm not sure what would cause it to not appear though. Could you try updating the build again, and see if it appears?
As Jeton said, matrix_pass is almost the same, except has the letters "ROCKBOX" also as part of the matrix, and has password protection. Keep in mind though, as I said in the original post, there's no backdoor for matrix_pass, so if you forget the password, you will need to do a hardware power off to get out of it.

OK, I updated and this time I get tic-tac-toe. And I've checked out the Matrix plugins... neat.
