With help from kugel, the theme site is back to normal. Checking the uncached version versus the cached version shows that except for the notice bar, they're exactly the same.
In addition, a bug was fixed on the Stats page (that bug is how this whole problem had started) that was causing themes with spaces in them to not appear. VClix VP, Azure Ultimate, and Black n Blue Glass are now appearing in the Top 10. This fixed bug will also make it easier for me to finish a new feature on the site that I've been working on.
I'm about to clear the site cache and re-enable caching, so if anyone notices any problems, let me know.

Seconded. All the stuff with the theme site is cool, but a new build would be *AWESOME*. I can totally understand being busy as my Midterms are right now, but I'm really looking forward to when your build is updated to SVN!

For all those like me that grew a full beard while waiting for this build to update (i started with one chin hair and now i have goatee in 3 months) i recoomend that you switch to isanggon's build here http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30109
It brings you as close to the chrisjs build as possible while it was in its prime. I am in no way trying to take people away from this build because i for one will be returning to the build once updates resume.
