I've been using your build for a while now. Big fan =D Thanks for all your hard work eh?

I remember the only thing I liked about the factory firmware was that it seemed to boost music volume. I remember trying adjust the volume down because I was in class and I surprised to find it would only become quiet when the volume bar was almost near '0'.

Maybe you could find someway to add this perk back in. As an option probably, so most users could choose whether they want this 'volume boost' active. Personally, I don't need it that much, but I listen to music when I shower xD I bring a spare pair of desktop speakers that are pretty weak and I can barely hear the music over the water xD So yeah. Just a request =D

Oh and I have around 350+ songs on my Sansa and it seems to lag a bit when I want to view my entire list of songs, or even press 'next' to skip to the next track. I'm guessing this is because the Sansa's processor is weak or something (correct me if I'm wrong). But what are your thoughts on improving the processor's performance?

Again. Thanks for all your hard work.

Sorry for delays - apparently I'm not getting emails on comments again.

I'm still debating on whether to add Rockbox USB, since one bug could cause the entire filesystem to be hosed, causing users to lose all their data. It seems to be rather stable though, so I'm not quite sure.

A critical bug was fixed Friday that had caused the logic that makes transfers safe to be disabled when the hold button was pressed upon inserting the cable (charge only).

When I tested USB v23 (now integration v1, which I suppose would be USB v24) I had speeds that were apparently around 2.5MB/s, but only ~1MB/s is claimed. Speeds are somewhere around here.

Also, there is a build on the site with the USB patch, but I'm not planning to release the link yet. It's only the USB patch though, nothing else.
